The QC group is based on the scientific PDCA cycle work method, and the activity steps usually include selecting topics, investigating the current situation, setting goals, analyzing causes, determining the causes, developing countermeasures, implementing countermeasures, checking the effects, developing consolidation measures, summarizing, and planning new goals.

Since the company organized QC group activities and backbone training, it has successfully established 5 projects and completed 3 projects。Among them, 3 projects are research-oriented, and the other 2 are innovative.

The research team is composed of leading cadres of production, research and development and quality departments, engineering and technical personnel and production operators, aiming to solve the technical key problems of small head space, complex structure and difficult arrangement of endoscopes. The QC team members worked closely and actively participated in the research. Through multiple experiments, they achieved good results and have applied them in production. These achievements not only improved the efficiency and pass rate ofthe manufacturing process，but also generated significant technological and economic benefits.

Innovative projects adopt new ways of thinking and innovative methods to develop new products. The R&D engineers in the product center successfully produced samples in a very short period of time and passed the verification. Currently, the samples are entering the final verification stage. Innovative activities have led to more competitive product designs, resultingin superiorproduct quality.

These achievements not only improve the product qualification rate, but also enhance the team's work efficiency, further stimulating the enthusiasm of the company's employees for continuous quality improvement.

The company actively organizes special FDA QSR820 internal and external audits and carries out special quality inspections。 

The company attaches great importance to every quality diagnosis work, and at the same time, it will investigate and sort out the quality problems found each time, and achieve a closed-loop path for rectification。
